before--after and who knows???

so thought I would post a before and after photo--this was a canvas that I originally worked on in 2014 working with the idea of cruciforms  but somehow I was never very happy with the piece, so put it away.  This week, I looked for canvas' to work on and saw this one--I liked the texture from the cheese cloth and some of the colors but wanted to play with the silhouettes from earlier, so it was kind of working backwards, but I am pretty pleased with where I am now.  Who knows, maybe next year it will be another project.....
