throwback Thursday

for this "throwback" I am wearing a skirt, little knife pleats, from the 90's.  I used to wear it with a long navy blazer (big shoulder pads) and navy mens-styled loafers ;-)  It is now updated with sweater cardigan and black tank and flats.
