"Maggie"

working on "Maggie".  I sketched her first, then used tracing paper to get the shape and color onto fabrics using watered acrylic paints mixed with textile medium.  Leaving the paper on the underneath side, I used the lines to guide me as I free-motion stitched her face, hair and dress. Hand-stitching for final eye lashes and trim on her left shoulder.  I am in love with her.  ;-)
