trying my hand at "pin weaving". The warp thread is attached using pins and then the weft yarn is threaded through using a needle.....using up scraps of yarn and playing.
working on my "assignment" for art class, using a photo, transform shapes, colors, details to make an abstract art quilt........am liking it--still stitching and adding details--you will notice I exercised my artist license and ommitted the person on the right of the photo--
in keeping with my Exuberance and "dancing girl" muse for the year........here she is "dancing" on fused paper collages with red shoes and a boyfriend ;-p
